Neuday, a telehealth company, connects clinicians with patients, offering customized weight loss solutions with medication therapy GLP-1s that strive to optimize regimens, dosing, and safety, exclusively through a (503A) Texas-licensed pharmacy. If our medical doctor determines it is medically appropriate, a compounded version may be prescribed. While compounded medications are highly regulated by the state of Texas Board of Pharmacy with it’s rules and regulations they are subject to regular inspections, they are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, quality, or effectiveness. To ensure high standards, compounded medications undergo independent third-party quality testing.

Neuday is for anyone looking to lose weight and improve their health. You must be 18+ and reside in one of our licensed states. After a 2-minute questionnaire, a clinician will review your information and a Neuday health coach will reach out to start you on your Neuday Journey. Neuday is currently only available in Texas.

Does Neuday accept insurance?
No. Neuday is self-pay only. Payments are made via debit or credit card. No contracts required. Medications are delivered with instructions and discount options.
What is the turnaround time to receive my medication?
After payment, your Neuday order will ship in temperature controlled packaging at no additional cost for standard shipping. It is usually delivered in 3 to 5 business days and a tracking number will be provided.
Compounded semaglutide is stable at room temperature (77°F/25°C) for up to 28 days. If preferred, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 36-46°F (2-8°C). Compounded tirzepatide is stable at room temperature (77°F/25°C) for up to 90 days. If preferred, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 36-46°F (2-8°C).
Does Neuday require a long-term contract?

What is compounded medication?
Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies to meet individual patient needs. They are not pre-approved by the FDA and may differ in efficacy or safety compared to FDA-approved medications. To ensure high standards, Neuday partners with FDA approved 503A pharmacies in the US that are both licensed and insured. Furthermore, all compounded medications undergo further independent third-party quality testing to meet both USP standards and federal regulations.
When should I take my medication?
Once weekly, ideally on the same day and time each week. It can be taken with or without food.
Does my medication require refrigeration?
For long term storage refrigeration is ideal, however compounded semaglutide is stable at room temperature (77°F/25°C) for up to 28 days. If preferred, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 36-46°F (2-8°C). Compounded tirzepatide is stable at room temperature (77°F/25°C) for up to 90 days. If preferred, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 36-46°F (2-8°C). Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
How long until I start seeing results?
